im soo sleepy today i could go to the toilet and sleep on the toilet bowl
yeah.. i even slept a lil when i was drivin to the office today
damn.. but it all worth it as my Manchester United won their game early this mornin
it was 2nd leg game on 1st knockout round in Champion League 2007/2008
the opponent is a champion of france league, Lyon managed by Allan Perrin whom is a former pompey (portsmorth) manager back in the EPL
he took over Lyon in the end of 2007 from former Liverpool manager Gerrard Houllier
ok enuf with the continous background
the 1st leg in Lyon finished 1-1 as Lyon superb striker Karim Benzema shoot a long strike passed Van Der Sar leading the game 1-0
and then at the dying minutes Sir Alex makes a excellent moved takin out Gigss and Scholes to be replaced by Tevez and Anderson as both of them manages to grab a late equaliser
the games then came to Old Traffold where Man United only need a 0-0 draw to go through the next round as away goal advantage
it was 3.30 AM and i suprisingly manage to hold my "ngantuk" to be able to watch the game
the game was very entertaining where both team try to control the ball and dont want to make a all-out attack
Ronaldo scores in 41 minute and from there the game began to open a little
there should be 2 or 3 more goal from Tevez, Rooney and Ronaldo but the finishing is not there
i do agree that Lyon defense make it harder as they were all over the place
i was crossing my finger at the dying 80 minutes above as Lyon make a substitution of fresh foot to upgrade their attacking power
they even manages to struck the goal post but luckily Vidic help clear the ball out of the way
the game ended at 6.00 AM and i quickly tuck myself on the bed as i then had to woke up for work at 7.00 AM
